At Divina, we want you to love every piece you receive from us! While we do not offer refunds, we're happy to help if something isn’t quite right.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at info@mydivina.store. Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed that your item is eligible for an exchange, we’ll guide you through the next steps. As soon as we receive the damaged or defective item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
