We currently ship within the UAE only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, order timing, courier schedules, or other factors outside our control.

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods such as launches, promotions, or sales.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message containing your tracking details.

You can use this information to follow your order’s journey directly through the courier’s tracking system.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Divina is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mydivina.store. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@mydivina.store.

We will work closely with the courier to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible. However, please note that Divina is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit by third-party shipping providers.
